For many months now, I planned to start a blog page which would focus on sharing information about variety of topics. When reading my articles of the information sharing or expressing thoughts, it is important for me that you are engaged in a discussion and provide your feedback please by commenting under each post.

My name is Olga Rashchuk (@realestateolga21) I became licensed in Real Estate in 2021.  I am gratefully thankful to my friends and family who placed their trust into my knowledge and allowed me perform hands-on experience in Real Estate transactions that at times required to involve my team's effort (@winwindenver) that stands alongside of me sharing their many years of experience and to whom I am endlessly thankful as well. I am thankful to my transaction coordinator's team (@CoordinatorTeam) which stays on top of any part of any transaction. It is always a pleasure to act on my client's behalf and present their best interest when negotiating a transaction which gives me unexplainable drive and motivation to do my best.
